Red Grande Reserva

Red Grande Reserva

A wine produced from the Baga variety from very old vines (about 80 years old) whose productions are very low (about 20 HL/Ha).

It is vinified in open "lagares" with spontaneous fermentation, respecting the traditional methods of the region, having aged in oak barrels for 18 months.

The entire process of stabilization process was natural, without any filtering process. This minimalist intervention allows us to experience the full expression of a unique terroir and respect these extraordinary parcels of old vines, where the true essence of Bairrada is found.
