Sparkling Baga featured in the NY Times
Casa de Saima Sparkling Baga Bruto features in Eric Asimov's NY Times article "In Trying Times, 20 Wines Under $20 That Revive and Restore".
In a list of 20 wines, from 9 different countries, there is a Portuguese one and that is Casa de Saima Baga bruto. Wines "that surprised, delighted and, yes, fulfilled a restorative role".
"They were interesting, distinctive, even provocative"
Asimov describes the Baga Bruto as dry and refreshing, smelling of grapefruit and oranges with a touch of salinity.
