Casa de Saima Vinhas Velhas Red captures the essence of classic Bairrada - intense, authentic, and deeply rooted in the land. Sourced from old vines planted in clay-limestone soils, this wine showcases the Baga grape at its finest, with structure, freshness, and remarkable aging potential.

Fermentation takes place in traditional open lagares, preserving the purity of the fruit and the character of the terroir. The wine is then aged for 12 months in large wood barrels, gaining depth and elegance.
