A sparkling wine particularly characteristic of the Bairrada region, made from a wine created exclusively from the Baga variety.

After light pressing, it is vinified in stainless steel where it ferments until bottling. Ages for a period of 24 months in bottle.

It has a light amber colour, with slight citrus notes. With intense and complex flavours, characteristic of the Baga variety.
