Garrafeira White

Casa de Saima Garrafeira White is a true expression of our commitment to the tradition and excellence of Bairrada. Made from Bical, Maria Gomes, and Cercial grapes, this wine reflects the richness of our terroir and the know-how passed down through generations.

Following a careful vinification process, the wine ages for 12 months in oak barrels, followed by an additional 24 months in bottle. This long maturation brings remarkable aromatic complexity, with citrus and exotic fruit notes, and a balanced structure supported by lively acidity and a distinctive minerality — hallmarks of the Atlantic climate and the region’s sandy, clay, and limestone soils.

With great aging potential, this Garrafeira White is ideal alongside fish, seafood, white meats, and salads, or simply enjoyed on its own as a celebration of the authenticity and care that define Casa de Saima wines.
